Women’s Soccer Standout Helps Win Nordic Cup

CLEMSON, SC–Clemson women’s soccer player Beth Keller was on the United States U-21 National Team that won the Nordic Cup in Iceland. The United States defeated Norway 2-1 in a sudden-death overtime game. This is the championship of the world’s top competition for U-21 women.

Keller, a rising senior on the Lady Tiger squad, was named All-Atlantic Coast Conference last fall as a midfielder and was named to the ACC All-Tournament team. She was the Tigers’ second leading scorer last season with 14 goals and five assists for 33 points.

Beth Keller is from Hilton Head, SC and is majoring in history and political science.
