Tigers Wrap Up Regular Season at JMU Diving Invitational

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson diving team will conclude the regular season at James Madison University this weekend, as Tiger divers are set to compete in the JMU Diving Invitational in Harrisburg, Va. on Saturday and Sunday. The meet includes divers from JMU, Towson and Clemson, and competition starts with the three-meter starts at 4 p.m. on Saturday and continues with the one-meter at 10 a.m. on Sunday.

Last weekend at the Shamrock Invitational, Sarah Braun and Danielle Reitsma combined for six NCAA Zone scores and both qualified for finals in the one- and three-meter. Braun took second in the three-meter finals, marking the top finish by any Clemson diver for the weekend. Half of the team travelled to South Bend, Ind. for the competition, and the rest of the team will participate in this weekend’s meet at JMU.

The Dukes have been led this season by senior Olivia Lehman, who took first in both the one- and three-meter last weekend in JMU’s meets against VMI and Marshall. Lehman has placed first in 19 of 20 events in dual competitions over her career and has also posted a Zone score in every dual event this year.
