Tigers Ranked No. 30 In Preseason Poll

CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson rowing team is ranked 30th nationally in the 2000 preseason poll, released today by USRowing and the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA). Beginning April 5, 2000, USRowing and the CRCA will be conducting weekly national collegiate polls for Diving I women’s Varsity 8+ teams.

In its inaugural season last year, Clemson won the 1999 ACC Regatta and placed fourth at the Central Region Regatta. Last season’s Novice 8+ completed an undefeated season with a win in the Grand Final of the Central Region Regatta.
