Tiger Rowers Compete in Head of the Charles

Boston, MA – The Clemson rowing team finished 19th out of 47 boats in the women’s championship 8+ at the 41st annual Head of the Charles regatta on Sunday. The Tigers had a three-mile time of 17:52.683. The winning boat came courtesy of US Rowing Princeton Training Center with a time of 16:34.633. Clemson’s 19th-place finish was an improvement of 11 spots from last fall, as the Tigers were 30th in the race in 2004.

The Tigers will conclude their fall season in the Rivanna Romp from Charlottesville, VA on November 13.
