Tiger Men’s Tennis To Play Host To Troy State and Gardner-Webb on Friday

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson men’s tennis team will play host to Troy State and Gardner-Webb on Friday, Jan. 24 at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center. The Tigers will face Troy State at 2:00 p.m. and Gardner-Webb at 7:00 p.m. This will be the first meeting between Troy State and Clemson, as well as Gardner-Webb and Clemson.

Clemson returns five veterans from the 2002 team that ended the season with an 11-18 record overall and a 3-5 mark in the ACC. Chuck Kriese is entering his 28th season as head coach of the Clemson Tigers. Currently, Kriese has a 540-347 record in his career and is ranked seventh for most wins among active Division I coaches.
