Three members of the Clemson Athletic family wrote the book: Associate Sports Information Director Sam Blackman, Sports Information Director Emeritus Bob Bradley and Men’s Tennis Coach Chuck Kriese.

October 23, 1976 Clemson quarterback Mike O’Cain broke the Clemson record for the most rushing yards for a quarterback as he ran for 140 yards against NC State.

October 23, 1977 The second-ranked Clemson men’s soccer team defeated number-one ranked St. Louis 3-1, at Clemson.
