2006: Played in all 13 games, including three as a starter...started the Kentucky game in the Music City Bowl and had a reception for two yards; he also caught a two-point conversion pass in the fourth quarter...had five catches for 30 yards for the season to finish second on the team among tight ends...started at Virginia Tech when Thomas Hunter had a back injury and in the win over N.C.
