Overview: Reserve left offensive guard behind senior Chris McDuffie entering the fall of 2007...dropped 25 pounds last year, and has the footwork, size, and strength to be a starter down the road...another fine Tiger from the Mullins, SC area, the same area that sent Anthony Waters and Thomas Hunter to Clemson...had a broken foot that set him back at the beginning of 2006...had a family tragedy this past spring when his family home burned to the ground; the team raised money to help him purchase clothes and other necessities after the incident...third on the team in the squat lift (600)...ninth on the team in total weight lifted (1,525) and 10th in the hang clean (345).
2006: Missed the first three games with a broken foot after suffering the injury while lifting weights during the preseason; he played in just three games due to the injury...played a season-high 22 snaps against Temple; he had 2.5 knockdown blocks in that game...played 13 snaps against North Carolina and three against Louisiana Tech.
