Served as a backup catcher for most of the 2017 season, but became the starter with the late-season injury to Chris Williams … continued his hot hitting from 2017 and was one of the team’s best hitters as the everyday catcher in 2018 … a career .307 hitter with a .413 on-base percentage in 86 games (78 starts) over two seasons … has 11 doubles, a triple, five homers, 45 RBIs, 40 runs, 45 walks, five hit-by-pitches and two steals … two-time Clemson Regional All-Tournament selection.
