2016: ACC Academic Honor Roll member … hit .154 with six RBIs, a .324 on-base percentage and seven walks in 26 games (six starts, including four as the DH, one in left field and one in right field) … was 4-for-9 (.444) with runners in scoring position … hit a two-out, two-run single in the ninth inning to give Clemson an 8-7 lead at No. 4 Miami (Fla.) on March 25 … went 1-for-1 with an RBI and two walks at Furman on March 29 … hit a run-scoring single off the bench against No. 9 NC State on May 7 … played for Hyannis in the Cape Cod League in the summer, where he hit .077 with one run and one steal in five games … played for Martinsville in the Coastal Plain League in the summer, where he hit .188 with four runs, three doubles and four RBIs in 24 games.

2015: Hit .281 with four runs, two doubles, eight RBIs, a .297 on-base percentage, two walks and one steal in 23 games (five starts, including three at first base and two in left field) … was 6-for-12 (.500) with one double, four RBIs and two runs in 10 games (one start) in ACC regular-season games … was 6-for-16 (.375) in 18 games off the bench … was 7-for-15 (.467) with two doubles and seven RBIs in 11 games (one start) in games on opponents’ home fields … came off the bench, hit a single and scored a run at NC State on March 8; was his first career hit … hit a single off the bench at Virginia Tech on March 21 … went 2-for-5 with a double, two RBIs and two runs at Western Carolina on March 24 … came off the bench and went 2-for-2 with four RBIs and a run at Boston College on April 10 … went 1-for-2 with a steal off the bench at No. 8 Florida State on May 15 … played for Florence in the Coastal Plain League in the summer, where he hit .227 with 14 runs, five doubles, one triple, one homer and 14 RBIs in 39 games.
