-Priscilla Kanet- Gave thanks for Honor Roll Banquet input -Took suggestions about what to change for next year -Students really like video as a gift -program length good

III. Review Minutes from 1/24/05 meeting

IV. New “Lunch Buddies” Program – Greg Middleton

-Oconee County Schools looking for Clemson Athletes to participate -lunch with elementary/middle school at- risk student -2 hours a month -do not have to commit to all 4 hours left for March and April -sign up in Vickery or e-mail Ginty to get involved

V. Report from Sub-committees

a. Dining Hall Committee – Derek Gilson/Phil Grayson-Date- Wed, Feb 23 -4:30 to 7pm -Tiger from 5-7 -Need 10-12 more volunteers from teams- passed sign-up sheet around -Possible raffle? Need item -Will eat after volunteering

b. Event Committee – Nichole Carlton/Linda White-Date- April 9- Traditional SAAB project -adding educational component -SPORTSMANHIP-key -voucher/coupon that kid can redeem in game for hot dog, etc -TIGER station idea -each team responsible for a station -letter represents word station focuses upon -kid can come/leave at will and if all stations completed- prize – Dunk tank a possibility -NEED TO GET THE BALL ROLLING A BIT FASTER

c. Athletic Participation Committee – Casey Philips/Dwight Rainey-Contacted USC and Furman’s SAAB reps -get ideas of how to promote drive -Psychology Club interested in helping

a. From Administration-none

b. From Members/Teams -Feb 24 event -Need reps from each team to set up table -Linda White contacting all coaches to get names -teams who will be traveling- need to find alumni/former athlete who can help
