Men’s Track Tied for 19th Nationally

CLEMSON, SC-The Clemson men’s indoor track team is tied for a 19th-place national ranking, according to the poll released today by Trackwire.

The team is led by Shawn Crawford, the defending national champion indoors in the 200m. He has qualified provisionally in the 60m and the 200m. His converted time of 21.26 in the 200m is the seventh-fastest in the nation, and his time of 6.72 in the 60m ranks 22nd nationally.

Sophomore Sultan Tucker has the ninth-fastest time nationally in the 60m hurdles at 7.84, and freshman Ato Modibo has the 20th fastest time in the country in the 400m (47.44c). Freshman Doug Ameigh is tied for 21st nationally with a mark of 7’1″ in the high jump.
