Lady Tigers to Play College of Charleston Wednesday Night

The Clemson women’s soccer team will play the College of Charleston at Charleston, SC Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. It will be a homecoming for Clemson star Deliah Arrington as she is from Pawleys Island, SC. Arrington and Heather Beem both lead the Lady Tigers in scoring as each player has five goals and three assists for 13 points.

Clemson is 5-4 on the year. The Lady Tigers are 1-1 in the ACC. Clemson is ranked 19th by Soccer America and 25th in the NSCAA poll. This will be the second meeting between Clemson and the College of Charleston. The Lady Tigers defeated the Cougars last season 2-0. Arrington is fourth on the Clemson career list for most goals (37) and most assists (23) She is third on the Lady Tiger career list for most points with 97. She has been named first-team All-ACC twice in her career. She played at Waccamaw High School.
