Virginia (17-8, 5-6 ACC) escaped with a 54-47 win in Clemson earlier this season over the Lady Tigers (6-16, 2-9 ACC). The game starts the home stretch for the Lady Tigers, with just five regular season games remaining before the ACC Tournament from Mar. 1-4. The freshman from Alpharetta, GA is also in the top five in the ACC with 2.5 steals per game.Chelsea Lindsay ranks sixth in the conference at 33.9 minutes played per game, tops among all league freshmen, and her 3.9 assists per game are also tops among league freshmen. Kelly Gramlich had 15 points to lead Clemson in the last game against the Cavs. Clemson has been one of the best shot-blocking teams in the league at 6.1 per game, which has helped them to .374 field goal percentage defense. The Lady Tigers head to Boston College on Thursday after returning from Virginia.
