Virginia (17-8, 5-6 ACC) escaped with a 54-47 win in Clemson earlier this season over the Lady Tigers (6-16, 2-9 ACC). Kelly Gramlich had 15 points to lead Clemson in the last game against the Cavs. Clemson has been one of the best shot-blocking teams in the league at 6.1 per game, which has helped them to .374 field goal percentage defense. The Lady Tigers head to Boston College on Thursday after returning from Virginia.
