Giving Challenge Renewed For 2016 College Football Playoff

Coach Swinney and the Clemson Tigers are heading back to the College Football Playoff this year as they travel to Arizona for the Fiesta Bowl! Before our Tigers take on the Buckeyes on New Year’s Eve, Clemson, Ohio State, Washington and Alabama will also compete for donor support in the Playoff Giving Challenge!

The 2016 Playoff Giving Challenge will be held over four days and as noted above is a competition between the four participating schools in an effort to raise funds for each participant’s respective athletic department. This challenge is based on participation so all gifts, no matter of size make a huge difference! The institution with the highest number of gifts made during the four day challenge will be declared the winner in the New Year.

The Giving Challenge will begin at 12:00am on Wednesday, December, 28 and will run for four days ending on Saturday, December 31 at 11:59pm. If you are looking make a donation before the end of the year, we encourage you to make your gift online during this time frame! As an IPTAY member you are making a difference in the lives of our nearly 500 student-athletes and we hope all Tigers will participate in this Playoff Giving Challenge this year!

Donations made during the giving challenge will count both towards your annual IPTAY giving as well as towards this exciting challenge. In addition, one will receive tax credit for the 2016 calendar year for any dollars donated towards this challenge.
