Gameday: @ClemsonWBB at Georgia Tech

Game Action:

2nd half Highlights:

Chancie Dunn’s jumper with 3:23 to play completed a comeback to tie the game at 65-65 in front of her many friends and family in attendance. The Tigers held a 70-68 lead after Dixon converted on a basket and a foul. After a stop on D with 3.4 seconds to play, Gramlich got a look from about 30 feet just before time expired, but it sailed wide to send the game to OT.

1st Half Highlights:

It was a high-scoring affair as Georgia Tech goes into half with the 45-40 advantage. TEch shot .586 from the floor, but Clemson forced 12 turnovers and scored 16 points off those miscues.

The Tigers have been effective at driving the basketball and getting to the line. However, they converted on just 9-16 from the line.

Kaela Davis was big for the Jackets, scoring 17 in the first half behind four three-pointers.

Clemson’s biggest highlight came from junior Nikki Dixon, who scored the 1,000th point of her career with 7:54 to play in the 1st half. The Tigers also got a big effort from Quinyotta Pettaway, who had ten points, her third straight game in double-figures.
