This week I would like to make you aware that our Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) and Clemson Student Government are sponsoring the Annual Canned Food Drive. All food items, which are donated, will go to Clemson Community Care.
Clemson Community Care serves 600 people a week from Clemson, Central, and Pendleton and goes through 8,000 pounds of food in a month. Last year’s efforts raised 2,000 pounds for Clemson Community Care. We are hopeful that we can substantially pass this number this year.
The food drive is the annual competition with USC to collect food items to help in both of our communities. I encourage you to support this activity and please know that we will be gratefully appreciative.

11-18 – Clemson Bi-Lo (3:00-7:00 p.m.) 11-14, 15, 28, 29 – Clemson Ingles (6:00-8:00 p.m.) 12-2 – Blooms Grocery (3:00-7:00 p.m.)
Vickery Hall (campus) – anytime Jervey Center (campus) – anytime
Collections at Athletic Events:
11-18, 11-27, 12-1 – Men’s Basketball Games 11-30, 12-1 – Men’s and Women’s Track 11-20 – Women’s Basketball
