Clemson Women’s Soccer Team Wins Exhibition Match

CLEMSON, SC-Lindsay Browne scored one goal and had two assists in leading Clemson to a 5-0 win over the Atlanta Football Club in an exhibition women’s soccer match at Clemson, SC Thursday night.

Tatum Clowney also had one goal and one assist in tonight’s action. Clemson will play at Tennessee Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Lady Tigers’ next action.

“This was a good experience for our team,” said Clemson Head Coach Todd Bramble. “They are a quality club team and it gave us a chance to play a lot of people tonight and gain even more experience. We look forward to playing Tennessee Sunday afternoon. They have a solid program and it will be a great challenge for us at Knoxville.”
