CLEMSON, S.C. – The Clemson women’s basketball team will play host to Florida State Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the last regular season game of the season for the Lady Tigers. The ACC Tournament starts next weekend for Clemson.
Clemson will enter the game with a 17-10 record overall and a 8-7 mark in the ACC. Florida State has a 11-15 record overall and a 4-11 mark in the ACC.
The Lady Tigers are led in scoring by freshman sensation Chrissy Floyd with a 12.3 ppg. average. The Lady Tigers are led in rebounding by Erin Batth with a 7.5 rpg. mark.
Florida State is led in scoring by Latavia Coleman with a 15-8 ppg. mark.
Brook Wyckoff leads the team in rebounding with a 7.1 rpg. average.
This will be the 20th meeting between the two schools on the basketball court. Clemson leads the overall series 18-1. The Lady Tigers defeated Florida State earlier this season on January 27, 73-61 in Tallahassee. Nuria Forns led the way for the Lady Tigers with 20 points. Erin Batth had eight rebounds in this game.
