Clemson wins two tennis matches.

CLEMSON, SC–Clemson defeated The Citadel 7-0 and Tennessee Tech 7-0 in men’s intercollegiate tennis action at Clemson, SC Friday.

Clemson improves to 8-2 overall this season with the victories. The Tigers will play Charleston Southern and Troy State Saturday at Clemson, SC beginning at 8:30 a.m.

The Tigers’ Sander Koning won both matches at number one singles today. He defeated The Citadel’s Danny Dossetor 4-6, 6-3, 6-2. In the second match, he defeated Shunsuke Shimizu of Tennessee Tech 6-3, 6-3.
