Clemson Will Play Dartmouth and Brown this Weekend

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson men’s tennis team will play Dartmouth and Brown in Hanover, NH this weekend.  Clemson has a 3-0 record overall this season.  The Tigers are ranked 61st nationally this week according to the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) poll.  It will be the season opener for both Dartmouth and Brown.

Yannick Maden has a 9-3 record overall this season and is 3-0 in dual matches.  He is ranked 75th nationally as a singles player.  Maden and his brother Dominique Maden have a 13-3 record overall, and a 3-0 mark in dual matches.  The duo is ranked 18th nationally according to the ITA poll.

This will be the seventh meeting between Clemson and Dartmouth on the tennis courts.  Clemson leads the overall series 6-0.  It will also be the second meeting between Clemson and Brown in men’s tennis.  The Tigers won the only meeting between the two schools in 2006.
