Clemson to Play Indiana in ACC/Big Ten Women’s Basketball Challenge

The Clemson women’s basketball team will travel to Bloomington, IN to play Indiana on Nov. 28 in the 2012 installment of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. It will be the second time in the past three seasons that the teams will meet in the annual inter-conference showdown, which the ACC has won four times and tied last season. Clemson is 2-3 all-time in the Challenge, including dropping back-to-back home meetings with Indiana in 2010 and Illinois in 2011. Indiana and Clemson are 1-1 against one another all-time. Clemson’s win came in 1980, while Indiana’s win came in the aforementioned 2010 meeting. None of Clemson’s players slated to be on the 2012-13 roster participated in that contest. Clemson was 6-22 last season, with a 2-14 mark in ACC play.
