Clemson To Play Host To Georgia Southern Tuesday

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson men’s soccer team will play host to Georgia Southern Tuesday night at Historic Riggs Field in Clemson, SC at 7:00 p.m. The match will be broadcast live on the Internet via ACC Select and can be viewed by clicking on the link below.

Clemson has a 3-5-1 record overall this season. Tate Parrish leads the Tigers in scoring with two goals and four assists for eight points.

Georgia Southern has a 4-6 record overall this season. The Eagles are led in scoring by Daniel Smith with two goals and three assists for seven points.

This will be the fifth meeting between the two schools on the soccer field. Clemson leads the overall series 3-0-1. The two teams last met in 1997 and the two teams tied 0-0, in a match played at Clemson.

The Tigers will play at Maryland in an ACC match in College Park, MD on Friday, October 5.
