CLEMSON, S.C. — The Clemson women’s basketball team will play host to North Carolina Monday night at 7:30 p.m. at Littlejohn Coliseum.
Clemson is 11-3 overall, and 2-1 in the ACC. North Carolina is 7-5 overall and 1-2 in league play. Clemson has won 10 of their last 11 games.
The Lady Tigers are led in scoring by sophomore guard Chrissy Floyd with a 17.3 ppg. average. Erin Batth is leading the team in rebounding with a 8.4 rpg. mark.
LaQuanda Barksdale leads North Carolina in scoring (19.1 ppg.) and rebounding (10.8 rpg.).
This will be the 57th meeting between Clemson and North Carolina on the basketball court. The Tar Heels leads the overall series 31-25. Clemson has won three of the last four meetings between the two schools. Seven points separated the two teams in the three games played last season.
