Clemson To Face Maryland Friday Night

CLEMSON, SC–The Clemson men’s soccer team will play Maryland on Friday night in College Park, MD at 8:00 p.m. The match will be televised live on the Fox Soccer Channel.

Clemson has a 4-5-1 record overall, and a 0-3 mark in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Maryland has a 3-4-2 record overall and a 0-3 record in league play.

The Tigers are led in scoring by Tate Parrish with five goals and five assists for 15 points. Clemson is coming off a 6-1 victory over Georgia Southern Tuesday night at Historic Riggs Field.

Clemson is the only ACC team to have an advantage in the all-time series against Maryland owning a 29-16-1 record. In matches played at College Park, MD, Clemson leads 12-8. Clemson won last year’s meeting 2-1 at Historic Riggs Field.

Drew Yates leads the Terrapins in scoring with four goals and one assist for nine points.
