Clemson To Face Georgia Tech Saturday Night In Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA – The Clemson Lady Tiger basketball team will play Georgia Tech at Alexander Memorial Coliseum Saturday night (January 26) at 7:00 p.m. in Atlanta, GA.

Clemson has a 12-7 record overall and a 4-4 mark in the ACC. The Lady Tigers are led in scoring by Chrissy Floyd with a 15.8 ppg. average. Maggie Slosser leads the team in rebounding with a 5.7 rpg. mark.

Georgia Tech has a 11-6 record overall and a 5-3 mark in league play. Currently the Yellow Jackets are in second place in the league standings. Sonja Mallory leads the Yellow Jackets in scoring (14.0 ppg.) and rebounding (8.2 rpg.).

This will be the 46th meeting between Clemson and Georgia Tech on the basketball court. Clemson leads the overall series 36-9. In games played at Atlanta, GA the Lady Tigers lead the series, 15-5. Clemson Head Coach Jim Davis is 24-7 vs. the Yellow Jackets.
