MYRTLE BEACH, SC – The Clemson women’s basketball team will play ninth-ranked Auburn at 9:00 p.m. at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center at Myrtle Beach, SC Thursday night.
Clemson has a 7-2 record overall, while Auburn has a 12-0 record this season. This is the best start for Auburn since the 1988-89 season.
Clemson is led in scoring by Erin Batth with a 15.8 ppg. average. She also leads the team in rebounding with a 8.3 rpg. mark.
Auburn is led in scoring by Lori Nero with a 16.2 ppg. average. Nero also leads the squad in rebounding with a 6.8 rpg. mark. Auburn defeated Arizona 69-66 in San Juan, PR Tuesday night.
