CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams were named Academic All-American teams by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America. Both Tiger teams earned the honor for their academic performances during the fall semester of 2003.
The Clemson women’s team posted a team grade point average of 3.200 for the semester, ranking them in a tie for 43rd among NCAA Division I women’s swimming and diving teams. The Tiger men’s team recorded a 3.100 team GPA for the fall 2003 semester, which puts them in a tie for 17th among Division I men’s swimming and diving programs.
