Clemson Soccer Falls To No. 4 UNC, 4-0

CHAPEL HILL, NC – Raven McDonald, Susan Bush, and Meredith Florance all scored one goal and had one assist each in leading fourth-ranked North Carolina to a 4-0 win over Clemson in an Atlantic Coast Conference women’s soccer match at Chapel Hill, NC Sunday night.

With the win North Carolina improves to 6-1 overall, 2-0 in the ACC. while the Lady Tigers dropped their third straight match and are now 5-3 overall and 0-2 in the ACC.

Clemson sophomore goalkeeper Katie Carson recorded 13 saves in 82 minutes of play. That total was only one short of the Clemson school record of 14 set by Meredith McCullen against N.C. State in an overtime game in the first round of the 1994 ACC Tournament.
