Clemson Signs 12 Baseball Players in Fall Signing Period

Dec. 17, 2007

Clemson, SC – Clemson Baseball Head Coach Tom Riginos announced the signing of 12 players during the fall signing period in November. The group, which includes 11 high school players and one junior college transfer, will enroll at Clemson in the fall of 2008 and be eligible for the 2009 season.

“We signed 12 players that will help us address our needs,” said Leggett. “Many of these players are rated among the best in the country by Perfect Game, and we couldn’t be more excited about this talented group. Coach Riginos and Coach (Kyle) Bunn have done an outstanding job of recruiting a top-notch class that will help us to continue to compete with the best teams in the ACC and across the country. I like the talent level and versatility of this class, and am excited that they all will be a part of continuing our tradition.”
