Clemson Rowing to Race in the Head of the Charles Regatta

CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson rowing team will travel to Boston, MA to compete in the 38th – annual Head of the Charles Regatta. The races, held this Saturday and Sunday, make up the world’s largest two-day regatta. This year’s regatta will be comprised of 21 events with over 7000 participants, a new record for the Head of the Charles.

Tiger rowing’s varsity 8+ boat will compete in the Championship 8+ race. Clemson finished 20th out of 54 boats last year with a time of 17:07. This year, the Clemson rowing team will race against 44 teams. A complete listing of all the boats competing in Sunday’s race is listed below.

The Tigers will race again on November 2 at the Head of the Hooch in Gainesville, GA.
