Clemson Offensive MVP of the Game Brian Wofford caught six passes for 147 yards…the reception yard total is a Clemson record in a bowl game…the senior from Spartanburg, SC finished his career with the fourth most reception yardage in Clemson history with 1,857 yards on 138 catches.

Clemson Defensive MVP of the Game Sophomore Chad Carson finished the Peach Bowl with a game high 11 tackles…Carson had two tackles for loss that included one sack for a six yard Mississippi State loss…he also broke up three passes.

Adams Breaks Clemson Single Season Tackle Record Sophomore linebacker Keith Adams broke Anthony Simmons’ Clemson single season tackle record at the Peach Bowl…Adams needed three tackles to break Simmon’s record of 178 and he had seven to finish the season with 183…Simmons is now a linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks…Adams had three tackles for loss in the contest to go along with a recovered fumble and a pass broken up.

Streeter Breaks Clemson Bowl Game Passing Records Brandon Streeter finished the Peach Bowl completing 24-of-50 pass attempts for 301 yards…all three figures are Clemson bowl game records…the graduate student also scored Clemson’s only touchdown of the game.

Mississippi Native Fox Has Nine Tackles Clemson’s only Mississippi native, DoMarco Fox, had nine tackles in the Peach Bowl, the second highest total among all players in the game.
