Clemson Notes:

  • Sophomore Nelly Perry is averaging 13.7 points per game and has scored in double-figures 15 times this season.
  • Perry scored a career-high 23 points (8-19 fg, 6-10 ft) in 36 minutes of action at Virginia Tech on Monday, Jan. 18.
  • Perry has increased her scoring average from 6.7 points per game as a freshman to 13.7 points per game as a sophomore, one of the greatest scoring increases for a sophomore in the ACC this season.
  • Freshman Aliyah Collier scored a career-high 18 points (7-11 fg, 2-2 3fg) vs. Georgia Tech on Jan. 24.
  • Collier pulled down a career-high 17 rebounds vs. Wake Forest on Feb. 11, the most boards by a Tiger since Dec. 30, 2012.
  • Collier ranks in the top-10 among ACC freshmen in rebounding (5.6 ppg) and steals (1.3 spg).
  • Freshman Danielle Edwards was named ACC Rookie of the Week on Dec. 28, the first Tiger to garner the award since the 2012-13 season.
  • Edwards ranks in the top-10 among ACC freshmen in scoring, rebounding, steals, blocks, assists and free throw percentage.
  • Clemson has utilized 13 different starting lineups this season and only Danielle Edwards has appeared in every lineup.

Opponent & Series Notes:

  • Boston College leads the all-time series with Clemson eight wins to four; the two teams last played on Feb. 5, 2015, a contest in which Boston College won, 68-53 in Chestnut, Hill, Mass.
  • Clemson’s last win over Boston College came on Feb. 20, 2014, when the Tigers defeated the Eagles 72-67 in Littlejohn Coliseum.
