CLEMSON, SC-Bryson Moore scored two goals in leading Clemson to a 7-1 win over Jacksonville, in a men’s intercollegiate soccer match at Clemson, SC Tuesday night. The Tigers’ Justin Moore also had three assists in the match.

Clemson is now 5-3-1 this season, while Jacksonville falls to 5-6 this season.

The Tigers outshot the Dolphins 19-6 in the match and had eight corner kicks compared to the Dolphins’ three.

“Coming in the match, Jacksonville had done well this season,” said Clemson Head Coach Trevor Adair. “With six of our guys out with injuries, we were concerned coming into the match, but we had guys that stepped up and played hard. Edwin Wotortsi played well and I thought that Bryson Moore played great and gained confidence and maturity. We now have to keep improving and get ready for Virginia.”

Clemson will play host to ACC foe Virginia on Friday, October 7, at 7:00 p.m. on Historic Riggs Field.
