CLEMSON, SC – The Clemson Athletic Ticket Office will introduce exciting new changes to the Clemson Athletics experience through the use of digital ticketing for all home football and basketball games. The digital ticketing system will offer Clemson Tiger fans a new level of convenience and security with barcodes located on every ticket. Every ticket will be scanned whenever a fan enters Clemson Memorial Stadium or Littlejohn Coliseum.
Digital ticketing will provide the following benefits to season ticket holders as well as single game ticket holders:
What are Print-at-Home Tickets? “Print-at-Home” is a delivery method by which your Clemson tickets are sent to you via email in PDF form so that you can print them off on your home computer immediately after your ticket purchase. Following your ticket purchase, you will receive two emails, a confirmation email detailing your ticket order and another email containing your tickets as an attachment. The Print-at-Home delivery comes at no additional cost to our Clemson fans. Choosing Print-at-Home prevents Clemson fans from waiting in long Will Call lines; fans will no longer need to worry about tickets getting lost in the mail; if tickets are lost or stolen, they can simply be reprinted at home.
What options do I have if I cannot make it to a game? If you have tickets to a Clemson event, but are unable to attend, digital ticketing offers two options:
Sell your tickets via Clemson Ticket Marketplace – Ticket holders can easily sell their tickets digitally through a partnership with StubHub. Simply navigate to the Clemson Ticket Marketplace from clemsontigers.com, login to your personal ticketing account, and click on the tickets you wish to sell and post your tickets to StubHub.
Transfer tickets from your season ticket package – Season ticket holders that are unable to make it to one of the Clemson home games will be able to digitally transfer their tickets to fellow Clemson fans via email. Ticket transfers will be available once season tickets arrive in the mail. You will no longer need to make arrangements to transfer the physical ticket or leave it at Will Call. Simply navigate to the Transfer Tickets link from clemsontigers.com, login to your personal ticketing account, click the seats you wish to transfer, and specify who will receive the tickets. The tickets are emailed and in the Print-at-Home format.
With digital ticketing, will Clemson Memorial Stadium still allow re-entry? Re-entry will still be permitted during Clemson football games at specified gates.
The Clemson Athletic Ticket Office has implemented a digital ticketing solution in an effort to provide a better experience for all Clemson Tiger fans.
