TALLAHASSEE, FL–Clemson and sixth-ranked Florida State play to a 0-0 draw in a women’s Atlantic Coast Conference soccer match at Tallahassee, FL Saturday afternoon.

With the draw, Clemson has a 10-6-2 record overall and a 5-3-2 mark in the ACC. Florida State is now 13-2-3 overall and 5-2-3 in league play.

The Lady Tigers’ goalkeeper Ashley Phillips made a season-high 10 saves in 110 minutes of play.

Florida State out shot the Lady Tigers 32-9 and had 10 corner kicks to the Lady Tigers’ two.

“I thought we showed a lot of character today,” said Clemson Head Coach Ashley Phillips was the player of the match and Lindsey Jackson continues to contribute off the bench. We continue to grow as a team and gain confidence. Our players believe in themselves and that has made the difference.”

Clemson will play at the ACC Tournament on November 1-5 at the SAS Soccer Park in Cary, NC in the Lady Tigers’ next action.
