Broadcast Information for Clemson Athletic Events on February 25-28

Several Clemson teams will be in action from February 25-28, 2009, with a few events scheduled for the same dates and/or times. Radio, television and internet broadcast information for each of the events is as follows.

Wednesday, February 25 The Clemson baseball team will play host to Wofford at 4:00 p.m. and will be broadcast on the radio by WCCP. The Tiger men’s basketball team will face Virginia Tech at home in a 7:30 p.m. contest. The radio broadcast of the game will be available on the Clemson Tiger Radio Network beginning at 7:15 p.m., at which time all network affiliates will begin airing the basketball broadcast. Wednesday’s basketball game will also be televised on ESPN2.

Thursday, February 26 BI-LO Tiger Calls with Oliver Purnell will air on the Clemson Tiger Radio Network from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. from the BI-LO in Anderson, SC. The Lady Tiger basketball team will face N.C. State on the road on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. with the radio broadcast to be aired in its entirety on WCCPFM.com. WCCP will join the women’s basketball game live in-progress immediately following the completion of the Tiger Calls show. The Lady Tiger basketball game will also be available live on the Internet via ACC Select on Thursday night and can be viewed by clicking on the link below.

Saturday, February 28 The Tiger men’s basketball team will travel to Tallahassee, FL to face Florida State at 2:00 p.m. The game will be televised on RAYCOM and broadcast on the radio by the Clemson Tiger Sports Network beginning at 1:45 p.m. The Clemson baseball team will play host to South Carolina on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Doug Kingsmore Stadium. The baseball game will be available on the radio via WCCPFM.com beginning at 1:45 p.m. The radio broadcast of the baseball game will also be aired in its entirety on WCCP following the completion of the men’s basketball game. The baseball game will also be available live on the Internet via ACC Select, and can be viewed by clicking on the link below.

Sunday, March 1 The Clemson baseball team will travel to Columbia to face the Gamecocks in a 1:30 p.m. contest. The game will be broadcast on the radio on the Clemson Tiger Sports Network beginning at 1:15 p.m.
