Krieger led Clemson to three wins in four contests last week, including two wins over #19 Georgia Tech, by going 8-for-16 (.500) with a .619 on-base percentage thanks to five walks against no strikeouts in four games. He also had one double, five RBIs, and three runs. His stellar week included going 7-for-12 (.583) with four walks and a .688 on-base percentage while tallying at least two hits in each of the three games in the series against the Yellow Jackets. After going 3-for-3 with two RBIs and two walks in the series-opener (first game of doubleheader) on Friday, he added two hits in the second game of the doubleheader, including a two-out single in the 11th inning to score the winning run in Clemson’s 4-3 walkoff victory.
