Family and friends currently serving in the military, veterans, and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for freedom will be honored and celebrated at the Clemson vs. Virginia Tech football game on Saturday, October 20. All fans have the opportunity to take part in the largest on-campus military salute in the country by purchasing this year’s Military Appreciation Day t-shirt. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the shirt will go towards the ROTC programs at Clemson University.
Each year Company C-4 Pershing Rifles guard the Scroll of Honor Memorial located next to Memorial Stadium 24 hours prior to the Military Appreciation Day game. Fans are invited to watch this tribute to the 478 former Clemson students and alumni who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
