What is the Fast Break Mobile Pass

The Basketball Mobile Pass is a mobile-only ticket package that provides Clemson Basketball fans with tickets to every 2019-20 Men’s and Women’s Basketball regular season home game in Littlejohn Coliseum. This unique ticket package allows you the opportunity to watch the game from various viewpoints in the arena with different seats each game. Your seat location is delivered electronically to your mobile device prior to each game.

FAQs

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all home games within the Basketball Mobile Pass?

A: Yes, Fast Break Pass buyers are guaranteed a seat for all home Men’s & Women’s games included in the Mobile Pass. Seat locations will vary by game and be assigned prior to game day.

Q: How do I access my Mobile Pass and ticket on game day?

A: Go to clemsontigers.com/mobilepass on your iPhone or Android phone. Then login with the email address you used to purchase the Mobile Pass and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Littlejohn Coliseum.

Q: How is my seat location determined?

A: Your seat location will vary by game. Please note that the time you accept your Mobile Pass does not impact which seat location you’re assigned.

Q: Can I sit with other Pass Purchasers?

Yes! New for 2019-20, if you would like to sit with other Pass purchasers, you may link your Pass by tapping Sit With Friends in the Ticket Management view, prior to the noted time.

Q: Can I purchase guest tickets for certain games, in addition to the Pass tickets I already have?

Yes, new for 2019-20 you may purchase guest tickets for certain games based on availability. To purchase, simply tap Buy Guest Tickets in the Ticket Management view and complete the transaction. Guest tickets must be purchased prior to seat delivery at the noted time. All tickets will be seated together, and pricing may change from game to game.

Q: How many Mobile Passes can I buy? And if I buy two or more passes will my seats be next to each other?

A: You can buy up to four (4) passes per account, while supplies last. And yes, all Mobile Passes purchased in one transaction will have seats together for each game.

Q: How does my guest scan into the game?

A: Your guest can either enter Littlejohn Coliseum with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply tap the Transfer button located in the ticket management view and send the link to your guest(s).

Q: Can I bring different people with me to each game?

A: Yes, different people can attend each game.

Q: Can I sit with other Mobile Pass purchasers?

A: Yes, if you would like to sit with other Pass purchasers, you may link your pass prior to receiving your seat delivery text message. To link your tickets, simply tap Sit With Friends in the ticket management screen. Sit With Friends is based on seating availability.

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android smartphone?

A: The Mobile Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets available through the program. Admission to Littlejohn Coliseum and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by clemsontigers.com/mobilepass.

Q: Is the Mobile Pass refundable?

A: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Q: Can I sell my Mobile Pass for games I do not attend?

A: No, the Fast Break Pass cannot be resold.

Q: What if I lose the text message that tells me to accept my seats?

A: If you can’t access your Fast Break Pass via text message, simply go to clemsontigers.com/mobilepass

Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?

A: Fans requiring accessible seating should contact the Clemson Box Office at 800- CLEMSON or cutixonline@clemson.edu in advance of purchasing the Mobile Pass, as accessible seating may be sold out.
